General Information
1. How many rooms are in the home, and how do I know which one is mine?
There are 4 bedrooms in the home. When you book, you will receive a message with your room number. Each room is labeled for easy identification:
- Room 1 is on the first floor.
- Rooms 2-4 are on the second floor.
2. How many bathrooms are there, and are they shared?
There are 2 bathrooms:
- 1st floor: One bathroom, adjacent to Room 1.
- 2nd floor: One shared bathroom for Rooms 2-4.
Both bathrooms are shared among guests.
3. What is the check-in and check-out process?
- Check-in:
- Check in is 3pm.
- When you book with us, you will receive a keypad code for the front door so you can check yourself in. This code is valid for the duration of your stay.
- Check-out:
- Check out is 11am.
- You will be provided checkout instructions, but it’s quite simple: Leave your room key on on the table in your room and just message us when you’ve checked out so we can clean the room after you. When you leave the home, make sure you lock the door 🙂

4. Is parking available?
- No, off-street parking isn’t available. Street parking is available but we’d highly recommend against it as parking is tricky here.
5. Is the kitchen available for guest use?
- Yes, guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave.
- Please be mindful and clean up after yourself when using the kitchen 🙏
6. Are towels, linens, and toiletries provided?
Yes! We provide:
- Fresh towels & bed linens
- Shampoo, soap, and toilet paper
7. What’s the Wi-Fi situation?
- You will receive the WiFi network and password when you book.
- Speed: [If known, mention Mbps]
8. What is the house rule on noise and quiet hours?
- Quiet hours: Starts 10:30pm. This doesn’t mean you have to be deathly silent, but be mindful of other guests.
- No parties or loud music allowed.
9. Is laundry available?
- Onsite laundry isn’t available, but here is a list of laundromats close by:

13. What’s the best way to get into NYC/Manhattan
- The best way to get to NYC is to take the PATH train at Journal Square. Journal Square is less than a mile from where you’re staying, so you can walk or take a bus there.
- From Journal Square, the PATH trains have two lines:
- 33rd street
- World Trade Center (WTC)
- The PATH line you take depends on where you’re going in NYC. The 33rd street line takes you further north, while the WTC line takes you further south (right to the World Trade Center).
